Kitchen
The kitchen has a large fridge, range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, popcorn maker, matching dishes, matching glasses, matching cutlery, blender and dishwasher. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and cookie sheets.

Bathrooms
The first room has one basin, toilet, tub, shower and matching towels. The second room has one basin, toilet, shower and matching towels.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Parking
1 underground stalls. One parking stall provided, either underground or outside for over height vehicles. If space allows, extra free parking passes are available from building manager. There is also free overflow permit parking available at the base of the Happy Valley Gondola. Get permits from Big White customer service desk.

Video and Sound
2 TVs (27", 27"), 2 VCRs, 1 radios, 1 CD players, 1 tape players and 2 alarm clocks. The video source is satellite - cablevision.

There is a washer/dryer and deck. Quiet top floor corner unit with vaulted ceiling over living area. Loft has a fooseball table and Nintendo 64 system with 3 controllers (no games-must bring own).

View
Front West view is over Perfection Ski Run and sunsets. View to the NW from window and sundeck is up to the top of the Ridge Rocket Express Chairlift and numerous ski runs. View to the SW is of the lower Perfection Ski Run, the Ridge Rocket and Plaza chairlift base area and Monashee mountains beyond. North and NE views from sundeck and bedrooms 1,2 and 3 are of the top of the Ridge ski area and other buildings of the village.

Ski and Board Storage
There is ski/board storage in the unit. There are also ski lockers (lock provided) located on the first level for convenience. It is preferred to have guests use this storage (it's easier). There are also "Ski Key" racks located as you enter and leave the skier access point.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
1 night rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime within the 30 day period prior to the booking, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Pet Policy
Absolutely no cats or dogs are allowed.

Quiet Time Policy
11pm to 7am.

Discuss late check out with Owner. Check-in is flexible.

Hot Tub Description
The 6 person hot tub is shared by the complex. The hot tub is located outdoors and is covered by a deck/balcony. There are 5 Hot Tubs in total located in the complex.

All the amenities of the Village are a 5-10 minute walk away.

Walk, Drive or Transit to Ocean or Lake
There are numerous resort lake areas that offer summer activities that are located 30-75 minutes away.

Walk, Drive or Transit to Ski Resort, Lifts or Runs
Ski or ride out and in on the Perfection Ski Run that passes by in front of the unit. Provides easy central access to the Village and all major ski runs. 2 hour drive to Silver Star Ski area. Big White provides bus and helicopter shuttle services as well.

Walk, Drive or Transit to Golf Course
Many world class golf courses located within a 75 minute drive. Only applicable for spring, summer and fall.
